These positions are open slots reserved for qualified candidates seeking flying positions on the team. All candidates for these positions must demonstrate:
-Outstanding professional and moral character
-Great public speaking abilities
-Time availability to meet team practices and events,
-Required hardware, software and bandwidth to fly with the team
-Strong formation flying skills and a solid understanding of flying formation in MFS.
In general, we are looking for outstanding individuals who can speak publicly, handle challenging situations, and receive constructive criticism in a team environment. It is paramount that we represent our community in the best light. Please understand that we are not trying to put you under a microscope and that all of us have been through the same process.
